HI, I'M LILLI!
Yoga enthusiast, world traveler and adventure junkie.
What started as a simple hobby has developed into my greatest passion. Yoga has been with me for many years and is an integral part of my life. On my travels I have experienced yoga in a wide variety of countries and cultures, which has had a lasting impact on my practice and my view of yoga. In 2018 I finally took the step and did my first yoga teacher training (200 RYT) in India - in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style, which is known for its physical intensity and demanding flow. This experience and the encounters with inspiring yogis and teachers have had a significant influence on my path as a yoga teacher.
I recently completed another yoga training (300 RYT) in Costa Rica, this time focusing on AYAMA™ (Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation ). AYAMA™ combines the principles of yoga with targeted muscle activation and a sound knowledge of anatomy to address individual physical needs, promote mobility and balance muscular imbalances.
Before I dedicated myself to teaching yoga, I worked as a paramedic and trained first responders and paramedics for many years. This time showed me how important it is to stay calm in acute situations, to act quickly and to help people in difficult moments - so the desire to help people has always been my driving force.
In search of other holistic approaches to connect body and mind, I came across to the Traditional Chinese Medicine. The fine art of harmonizing energy flows in the body fascinated me immediately. The acupuncture training expanded my knowledge and gave me an additional way to support people in their well-being. I am currently preparing for the alternative medicine practitioner exam so that I can soon officially use my skills.
My home base is beautiful Munich, where I live and work. Away from the yoga mat, you can often find me with my Goldendoodle Samu outside in parks or in the forest, upside down on the aerial hoop, at the piano, underwater while diving or high in the air while skydiving - always looking for new adventures and challenges.
I love motivating others to deepen their yoga practice, to face new challenges and to find out what else they are capable of. Together we will take your yoga to the next level and discover what is still possible for you.
